Claire Parmenter served as Deputy Chief Constable and later Temporary Chief Constable of Dyfed-Powys Police, leading major operational and cultural change while overseeing critical incident command, performance improvement, and strategic transformation. She now brings this leadership expertise to her role as Director of Professional Practice at the Hydra Research and Innovation Centre, University of South Wales.
