Sioned Evans is Director General of the Corporate Services & Inspectorates Group (CSI) and Chief Operating Officer of the Welsh Government. She leads efforts to build a confident, capable, and resilient organisation fit for a post-COVID, post-EU Wales. As Chief Operating Officer, Sioned ensures the smooth running of the organisation and supports the Permanent Secretary in delivering ministerial priorities.
