Today's housing professionals face increasingly complex situations that go far beyond tenancy management. From supporting individuals experiencing vulnerability and mental health challenges to balancing safeguarding, wellbeing and tenancy responsibilities, housing teams are often required to make difficult decisions in complex and changing circumstances.

Beyond the Tenancy has been developed by the University of South Wales with housing professionals for housing professionals to help build the confidence, resilience and reflective practice skills needed to navigate these challenges effectively. Drawing on research with housing professionals across Wales, the programme uses immersive simulation and facilitated reflection to create a realistic learning experience that mirrors the complexity of modern housing practice.
